Mcdonald's - Smyrna

The staff was rude. knit by the drive thru and skipped 2 times in the ordering process. when she finally came to me (I had said hi) she rushed me. was over rude. I asked for a honey scold, I would pay for it. she gave me one. I asked for more I gave myself 1 too after I said I would pay

I'm baffled by how one can mess up a drink ONLY order especially when y'all have a drink machine that does everything for you. Really though... You had one job sweetheart. Large sweet tea, NOT large Coke!

Cant handle semi complex orders and haven't had the best experiences overall. Some of the staff is very friendly though which is good, and the food is usually made well.

It's McAdee's, simple. My food was pretty good. I was so hungry, consumed before arriving at work. So ..guess it was ?........Staff was quite friendly and courteous.

I give a three score because this is not the only McDonald 's I have been to in the last four months that have exactly the same issue? Are the fries now flashed cooked? It seems as though the fries go from the hopper, into the basket and placed in hot oil to get a quick heat to them and then pulled out. Some are still as cold as the cold in Antarctica. Well, use to you could call and actually talk to someone. I called and the only thing I heard was, sorry the voicemail is full . Might as well eliminate the land line.On May 06th, 2022, I stopped in this location to get some fries. Upon entering, I saw a few guys standing there, basically loitering. After I placed my order, one of the guys started reaching over and proceeded to ring up his order, all while the teenager working the register allowed him. Another guy asked the same kid to put more caramel sauce in his frappe after having contact with the drink. I called and let the manager in LaVergne know what happened because the manager had her hands full.
