Little Caesars Pizza - Smyrna

This situation is terrible. I ordered two deep dishes pizzas: a pep one chz they literally made round pizzas and cut them into squares. I'm so mad. if I'm gonna eat pizza, I don't want to do half a rotten work. it is called crispy corners from a background. I don't have that! I won't come back! my children and my husband had no problem eating it, but I'll be damned if my pizza doesn't look edible!

I have to say that my experience at this restaurant was mostly great, until I ran into an issue. When I left, I didn't double-check my pizza to ensure it was correct. I guess I trusted the staff a bit too much, especially since I was one of only two customers there. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but when I got home – about two miles away – the pizza was cold, the toppings were wrong, and the box wasn't labeled with the type of pizza. There was also no timestamp indicating when it was made. If I hadn't already gotten home, I would have gone back to complain. It's really disappointing because this was a significant mistake. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

We ordered online and arrived at the correct pickup time. It seemed like they hadn’t even started making our pizzas when we arrived. Ordered at 7:38, and we had to wait in the lobby until 8:55 to get our pizzas. I would avoid this location at all costs.

I visited today at 9:09 PM, and since they close at 10 PM, I expected to be served. However, I was told that they stop making Crazy Bread after 9 PM. This is completely untrue; I often come here after my skating session that ends at 9 PM, and I've always been able to order fresh Crazy Bread without any problems. The staff working today seemed lazy and unhelpful, which is really disappointing.

I visited on April 24th at 6:20 PM and was very disappointed with my experience. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism, frequently using offensive language and profanity in their conversations. They were quite loud, to the point that my 6-year-old noticed and pointed out the inappropriate words being used. This behavior is completely unacceptable! Additionally, the restaurant itself was unclean, and the customer service was poor. I will not be returning here again.
