The whole tilapia, fried extra crispy, is an absolute must-try! The staff is consistently friendly, and even though I don't speak Spanish, I never have any issues ordering my meals. Plus, the waitresses are very attractive, which is an added bonus!

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants! However, it’s been nearly three years since they updated their menus. I went there last night for langostinos and crab legs, which usually cost around $50, but my total ended up being $72. This happened even though I ordered from their current menu with the old prices still listed. I find that unacceptable; it reflects poor professionalism and service.

While my sister and I were looking for brunch spots in the area, I came across the pineapple drink and website for Mariscos Las Islitas. We decided to visit for brunch/dinner the following day to try the pineapple drink and explore the menu. I gave it 4 stars because there was an 18% service fee added to the bill that was not clearly explained, and a tip was also expected. The pineapple drink was fantastic, and our server brought an iPad with the menu when we had trouble accessing the online menu. However, the service fee made the meal quite pricey.

I was just at this place, the food is good and prices are ok. My total was 225 dollars. Then they add 38 dollars.for service charge which they said is not a tip. I end up leaving a total of 80 dollars. Between service charge and tip from a total service of 225 dollars. Unless you like to tip twice this is your place, but I can afford to leave this much as a tip.

Sorry to leave a bad review, but this restaurant was extremely disappointing and overpriced. The skirt steak I ordered was the texture of beef jerky. The chicken in the chicken burrito was dry and lacked flavor. I left feeling hungry, unsatisfied, and like someone ripped me out of my money. Will not be returning and I won't recommend.
