Kfc - Smyrna

I really enjoy this KFC. I've visited twice and ordered their chicken sandwich each time; it's delicious! Don't forget to take advantage of their feedback offer; if they ask about your experience with the chicken sandwich, you can get a free one, whether your response is positive or negative. The restaurant is very child-friendly, with a clean dining area that's perfect for bringing your little ones. Plus, they offer free refills on drinks, which is great if you have more than one child who loves their juice. As for parking, there are plenty of spaces available, and there's a wheelchair ramp next to the entrance.

1. They don't offer a designated entrance or pickup area; you must go inside to collect your order. 2. The website indicated that my order would be ready by 2:15 PM, but when I arrived at 2:25 PM, they were just starting to prepare my order. I didn't receive it until around 2:35 or 2:40 PM, and there were only 2-3 cars in line, so it didn't seem like they were very busy at the time. 3. I ordered 8 chicken tenders, 8 pieces of fried chicken, 3 sides, 1 Coke, and 4 cookies, but they forgot to include the 8 chicken tenders. 4. Their new cup design is not great. It doesn't fit in my car's cup holder, and while there's a lid, it doesn't seal properly. When driving, I have to hold it with one hand to prevent spills, which is inconvenient. 5. For larger orders, please pack items in two separate containers rather than cramming everything into one. My order spilled all over my car, despite my careful driving, and now a lot of the food is no longer edible. I ended up having to hold the food with one hand and the drink with the other—how am I supposed to drive like that?

I would give this restaurant less than 1 star if I could. My experience at KFC on August 18th around 9:50 PM was a complete disaster. After I received the wrong order, the manager refunded me in a very unprofessional manner and asked for the food back, even though CDC regulations prohibit that. I will not be returning to this awful restaurant!
