Fazoli's - Smyrna

I had a decent experience with my Spaghetti with Meat Sauce at this restaurant, but I was disappointed with the Two Extra Breadsticks and the ones that came with the meal. They were extremely hard and unappetizing, and I was surprised that they were considered acceptable to be served to customers.

I stopped at this restaurant for a late lunch and ordered the flatbread pizza for just under $5. Cindy took my order and gave me my drink cup. She said she would bring out my order shortly. I filled my drink cup and found a seat in the dining area. Although the place wasn't very busy, several tables were occupied. The area was clean and tidy, especially after the lunch rush had cleared out. Cindy brought out my order along with a couple of breadsticks. The flatbread pizza was delicious and satisfying. Overall, it was an excellent lunch experience.

This restaurant serves fresh, hot, and delicious meals that are the closest to homemade. My family's favorite is the Alfredo and meat sauce family meal with salad and, of course, their delicious breadsticks.

It was never the best, but it has definitely gone downhill. I paid $40 for spaghetti (which wasn't even what I ordered, but it took so long to get it that I just accepted it), fettuccine, and 2 slices of pizza. They no longer offer grated cheese at the table. Despite asking twice, we never received breadsticks, even though other tables around us did. It's hard to believe, but we were very polite, so I don't know what the issue was. I will not be returning. What a waste of money.

The food was tasty, but the waitress was not friendly at all. She was slow to bring our food and seemed uninterested in her job.
