Captain D's - Smyrna

Just left the Smyrna location and I must say I received great service at the drive thru!!!! Keep up the great work; I will return!

I always use the drive thru window and get great service. Always order at least 3 to 4 meals and the waiting is usually not long. The people working on the window are very friendly.

I went through the trip thru pro usual and the person who seemed to have taken my order as if they were in a decent mood. I ordered a three-piece fish dinner with hush puppies, Cole Slav and okra. When I went to pay, I was nice and said thank you after she had returned my card, but when I asked for a honey mustard, her attitude changed and she became short. I don't know if she had a hard night, but I hope she did better.

Sa in the drive was 25 minutes. The food was soggy and hardly warm. Then there were no sauces after I asked. This is unacceptable.

Great customer service! Food was a little on the greasy side. Do not order the crab cakes at this location. They are terrible and to greasy.
