Captain D's - Smyrna

It took 5 to 10 minutes per car before anyone even answered the order intercom! But, the guy who took my order was very polite. And, the young lady at the window was super sweet. AND, my food was perfect. Nice job!

I got 2 lemon pepper baked the rice was very hard been sitting all day the fish wasn't cooked the right way and they just poured seasoning on it after it was put on the rice. wow it was very very bad I have never ate at a establishment that truly did not care about their customers nor their food this was the most horrible disgusting meal I have ever eaten I'm asking any and everyone do not go to the Captain D's on South Cobb drive I'm in Marietta Smyrna in the evening time I went February 1st 2022 about 6:00 p.m. it was horrible.

Decided to come grab some food here on a Sunday night. As I was in drive thru I asked for the lights to be turned on because you could not see nothing on their menu. The guy replied with “there’s nothing I can do, use your flash flight.” How ridiculous. He should be fired. If there’s nothing you can do. Maybe consider closing before it gets dark. Horrible customer service. Always.

Mike the manager is amazing that I was depressed and when I came, he was so nice to me! it was hard, but people like him make my heart joyful

Personal friendly and helpful. eating. frozen and falling in hot oil. they get a decent amount, but it's not the best quality. it served his purpose when I drove the cares and starving.
