Capriotti's -Smyrna... this is the third time in a row they didn't make what I ask for. I'm so disgusted with you people

To be completely honest, I can’t give (5) stars, because I’ve asked several different people to please chop my steak up “really good “ and no one has yet to do that. I was born and raised in the heart of North Philly so I know what a real cheese steak is supposed to taste like, not Pats, Geno’s, Ishkabibble’s or none of them “commercial cheese steak “ places they show on TV. One of the main signature characteristics of a true Philly Cheese Steak is that it is chopped up really really good and every time I been to this place I’ve always asked them to chop my steak up really good and no one seems to listen to me… They just basically pulled the steak apart or break it up shuffle it around on the grill mix in your onions and that’s it… now don’t get me wrong the steak isn’t nasty it’s good for the most part but actually chopping it up like I ask, the way I grew up on at mom and pop corner stores in north philly makes a world of a different trust me…my advice, just please listen to the customer if they ask for their steak to be chopped up really good, take that extra time to do that because it changes the game of the cheese steak…

Great subs, but twice the cost of Wawa, and the tomato soup was as bland as paste.

Capriottis Sandwich shop has the best turkey subs in Delaware! The store is clean, everything is fresh, the service is great. They offer vegetarian options. There is plenty of free parking. They have been a part of our family for over 20 years.

Called in a pickup, asked for xx onions on my cheesesteak. Got home they had actually put in a container of fried onions. That was so nice. I always order xx onions and have never received a separate container!Thanks Barheem! Worth the trip to Smyrna Capriottis. We will be back.
