Хотел „Българче“

Note the hotel and restaurant is together. there was no problem with the hotel, everything worked well and is a nice game to stay, but. the restaurant was the worst experience of all visited places. of 7 people could speak a short black hairy hair only English and actually understand what non-Bulgars want. avoid the dame with the blonde hairs at all costs. we went to the restaurant, there were many empty places, but the dame let us sit next to the house door. we asked for a pizza that lasted 40 minutes to make, then she said we can only pay cash. I told her we didn't have any money, she sent me to the hotel to ask the reception, there was no one who speaks English so that we had to understand ourselves by sign language. the kerl at the reception finally took me back to the restaurant to another lady who could not speak a single word English, they called another guy who pulled his phone for translator, but after 10 seconds he gave up writing in him. he took me back to the original blonde dame, the who just told me that there are 3 minutes to foot a cash machine above. needed to say, atm calculated 14,5€ for 20 leva. I went back to pay, then I saw that the dame was busy serving other guests. So I went to the “Kassa” and tried to explain, I just want to pay for the pizza. this was a short black haired guy who spoke very well in English and understood everything and then he asked me “no problem, sorry for the inconveniences” “will they like to pay money or card”. that was the moment I was like it was a sweat. I ask all the other 6 workers there, what do they do in the hospitality? please put them a sign on the restaurant “We cannot communicate with tourists, and we also have not the knowledge of the payment methods here” infidel

Били сме само в ресторанта. Всичко, което си поръчахме беше вкусно. Според мен обаче имат проблем с обслужването, ако ресторанта е пълен се настроите да почакате. Страхотна обстановка, уют, обслужване на ниво! Всичко, което поръчахме беше много вкусно! Ще посетим отново!

Хотелът е превъзходен, персоналът е изключително любезен, отзивчив и приветлив. Ресторантът има невероятен дух и атмосфера, храната е невероятно вкусна. Място, на което можеш да усетиш и да се насладиш на българското! Поздравления за собствениците, които уважават, съхраняват и показват българските традиции и обичаи! Препоръчвам да бъде посетено това място, та дори и за една вечеря!

Храната е прекрасна, вкусът е на топ ниво. Обслужването е впечатляващо. Service: 5 Location: 5
