Quiktrip - Smithville

Today was very disappointed to hear how rudely a female employee was for a customer..an older man needs help with hot cheese dispenser. If you hate your job... Let someone do with customer service skills. BTW. Love the carmel maple cinnamon rolls.

Good food, reasonable offers given this time and place. Her “Quickshake” was groundy and should have been stirred much longer. Your grilled cheese sandwich is very good.

I wish QT was in every city in the country. I always go here to support their business. I never had a bad experience with the staff at this point or others after having been here consistently for 5 years. Very fast, clean and good quality control. QT kitchen is also decent fast food.

Usually very good service nice clean store.. today, however.. the girl at the checkout about 6:35 a.m. was extremely rude and needs an attitude check

Be careful which ice machines you use for drinks, there is black residue (mold) on the majority of the ice dispensers present in this store. It can be seen towards the bottom of the dispensers where your ice touches.
