Burger King - Smithville

My wife and I have visited this location now several times. We usually have to wait an extra couple minutes (at lunch time) since they appear to be short staffed, but the ladies at the counter is always friendly, and more often than not she alwaysbrings our order out to us when it 's ready. I don 't understand why other reviewers on here are being so critical of a fast foodplace. A lot of the kids working there; it 's there first job! They probably didn 't have adequate time to train either. Themanagement seems friendly enough and is clearly trying to do the best (they can) with the crew they have available at any giventime. I used to run several food trucks, and anyone else that comes from a restaurant background knows that you shouldn 't walkinto a fast food restaurant expecting 5 star dining and service. Before Covid 19, fast food in the United States was popularbecause it was just that fast! Convenience and speed always make fast food an easy choice for families and people on the go. Post pandemic though, SO MANY of these businesses are struggling to find help. This Burger King among other restaurants arerunning on maybe 1/3 or 1/4 of the staff they should have, so the general public needs to realize fast food isn 't as fastanymore because the guy or gal ringing you up, might also be the same person that 's preparing your order and handing your orderout to you. Many of the people working in fast food right now are 1 person doing 3 4 different jobs/positions. Be patient andthankful that they 're still open and able to serve the community. Also mistakes happen with orders. If you get the wrongorder; bring it back...they 'll take care of you! They 're busy, extremely short staffed, and as a result items get missed andorders get mixed up. Again, it 's fast food! Mistakes always have and always will occur periodically with orders in theseestablishments. We try and be patient and courteous towards them, and they always seem apologetic and w

Stopped here for lunch, which was pretty good. Great location, still looks new and was very clean and overall great service. We didn't have to wait long for our food, which one of the staff members actually brought it out to our table. Will probablydefinitely have to stop here again.

Such a based restraunt. I got a crown and it made my day and I was super happy and it was such an awesome experience. The staff are also good and you?re guaranteed good food every time you come here so I think everyone should try out Burger King. I thinkyou all will like it.

Every encounter I had with an employee was kind and helpful. Best Burger King I've been too. Everything tastes so fresh and I have never had cold food. So fast and easy.

I don't normally come down too hard on fast food restaurants, However..... The car in front of me was parked to wait on their order I got parked as well. They came out give me a sack of food that wasn't mine. So I waited they came out again with my foodI told them about the 1st sack they took it directly to the car that was parked before me. They gave him that food that they hadpreviously served to me. Now true I didn't do anything to it but that is a massive food safety violation. On top of that theymessed up my order and got all the sandwiches wrong. I will not be backIs Lord only knows what they're doing in that kitchen.
