Pizza Hut - Smiths Falls

Pretty busy place. For a fast food joint surprisingly good. Great pizza too. Worth a visit. Good range of pizzas and great value as well. We had house special deal at lunch . Plus two soft drinks to go.

Slow slow slow. Skimpy buffet choices and ordered pizza barely had any ingrediants on it. Hugely disappointed.

With no advance notice I ordered 9 pizzas for a birthday party. There was no fuss and all were ready when I arrived for pickup about 25 minutes later. It was for my dad's 102nd birthday and all he wanted was his favorite pizza. Thanks PIZZA HUT for helping us with this! Also, the pizza was just delicious!!!

Wow, just wow! I can't believe this place is still open. I have literally never been to a Pizza Hut as poorly run as this one. I am a huge fan of this chain, but this particular franchise could single handedly destroy Pizza Hut's reputation. The management and staff are lazy, rude and incompetent. I literally waited at least 15 minutes for our server to take our order one evening because she was talking to a group of her friends at another table. I could hear their conversation and it had nothing to do with food. They were the only other table in the restaurant and it was like my table wasn't even there. I have overheard customers with legitimate complaints speaking to the management about various issues and could not believe how these people speak to their customers. They couldn't care less whether or not people like their establishment. The management and entire staff should be thrown out on their butts and replaced with people who actually know how to treat customers and do their job. Next to the management, the lunch buffet is by far the biggest failure in this restaurant. There is NEVER enough food and people end up getting next to nothing to eat or have to settle for something they don't want just to justify paying for it. I have sat there for over an hour waiting for the staff to refill it, only to end up settling for dried up **** because the kitchen won't put anything out hoping that time will run out and they can close the buffet. Or the people waiting ahead of me eat what small amount gets put out, which is fair, but that leaves nothing for everyone else. Why should we have to pay full price for a buffet that is sparse and not at all as advertised? If Pizza Hut cares about their customers they will address these reviews and do something about this joke of a franchise. Start with FIRING the "manager," or better yet, ditch the current owners and start fresh with an entirely new group of competent, friendly, customer service oriented professionals.

The pizza we had tonight at pizza hut had to be the worst my wife and I ever had ,the crust was ok but the topping were paper thin some area on pizza had no cheese we will never visit pizza hut again
