Fat Bastard Burrito Co. - Smiths Falls

We?ve been here a few times and our experience was terrible every time. The food tastes bland, they?ve managed to screw up our order every time we?ve been. The service is also very slow and food isn?t even hot when it?s served to you.

Very disappointed with this location. The server was sorting coins and cash with gloves on then flipped my burrito with the same gloves. It was close to closing time so I didn't feel like I could ask him to make another burrito.

Had been a regular patron here until a mistake was made where i had ordered 2 take out chicken tacos. Was given fish. Was asked to bring it back which was a cross town trip, and time consuming to end up arguing with the store manager in front of nearly a dozen other customers. Asked for a refund and was paid $30 in change. The purchase was made using order ritual online, my credit card information was compromised the very next day with online purchases in the area. I'm

This was an absolute horrible experience I paid for double meat and double cheese

Food was amazing!!! Portions were larger than expected. Called store and spoke with the manager he was very humble and appreciative. Will definitely order from there again !!!!!
