Makes no sense that they?re called ?fast food? and yet takes over an hour and a half to get out of there becausethe person behind you finally gets irritated and left
I had a super quick visit to the drive-thru. The server was fast and incredibly friendly. She answered my questions about the menu with ease and without the attitude that's often found in the food industry these days. It was a refreshing experience!
Taco Bell has recently upgraded to an automated ordering system, which is intended to enhance the experience. However, while they feature a variety of products on the screen, it seems they don't actually sell some of them. For instance, I tried to order a Large Dr. Pepper, only to discover that they don't even offer it, despite it being advertised.
The dining room is closed, as noted by a sign from management on the door. I waited 26 minutes in the drive-thru to place my order for four combos. The woman taking the orders was very nice, but the one handing out the food appeared either inexperienced or confused. She struggled to read my order and only gave me two out of the four drinks until I reminded her about the others. Just be prepared for a long wait if you visit this location. I didn’t encounter any issues aside from the lengthy wait from start to finish.
Sat in the drivethru for 30 mins only to get food that looked like was made on a grill that has never been cleaned. Disgusting. Not sure how they got that 99.0 sanitation rating 5 days ago but I will never eat there again. Threw 95% of our food away. Whenwe called and told them, they just said ?sorry about that? and hung up the phone.
