We were pleasantly surprised by our experience - our order was correct, the food was fresh, and the staff was friendly. We appreciate the efforts of the new manager in addressing previous issues and look forward to returning in the future.
The Taco Bell has made great improvements in the past month. There is no longer loud, vulgar music playing. The drive-thru service is quite fast and the staff is very friendly.
I placed an online order for pickup in-store, but when I arrived, the doors were locked. I had to go through the drive-through, which had a long line. Despite the wait, my order was correct. The staff at the window mentioned they were short-staffed, causing delays. I wish I hadn't been given the option for in-store pickup if it wasn't available.
My hats off to the team working just before 5 tonight. Three people in there working. Full lobby, full drive thru that had to be closed because of short staffing. These folks killed it. Worked with a purpose. Our food was perfect. Kudos yall! Sorry I didn't get names but if yall see this just know those two ladies and one gentleman working are the best. Three more people came in to work as I was leaving and they all clocked in and got right to it! Yall should be proud of your team. They were smiling through the struggle.
The service provided was excellent. The lady taking the order was friendly and pleasant. Service was quick and the food was hot, and the order was correct!
