Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis particular Starbucks is significantly slower than any other Starbucks I've ever been to. They are SO slow it's unbelievable. Starbucks always has the best customer service in my opinion. Not at this one! The staff is always miserable, and moves at a snails pace. It's hard to understand how they can't keep up when many I go to are staffed well, friendly and I almost never wait more than a reasonable few minutes and they're just as busy!!
I know businesses are struggling to get enough staff but this Starbucks is consistently shutting off mobile ordering and it's extremely frustrating. If you are short staffed please keep your mobile ordering on and allow people to pick up in store. It's faster to drive to Lincoln and give business to another store than wait in the drive thru line. Also it's very frustrating when mobile ordering is allowed and to arrive and find out you are doing drive thru only pick ups. I don't have time to wait in the line and there is no option to cancel an order. Please get consistent with your ordering, you have to be losing money.
I'm visiting from out of town and go here when I'm visiting. It's always pretty quick service but it bothers me when I order a grande cappuccino and it's three quarters full. (The foam is not to the top.)I may as well pay for a tall and have it filled to the top. Annoyed.
This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been in. The baristas all talk amongst themselves and ignore customers. On a couple of occasions when they did acknowledge me it seemed like I was an inconvenience for them. I'll go out of my way to Johnston from now on.
Very rude I waited in line today at this starbucks they put cones behind my car to say their closed but I was in line and when I got to the window they told me they were closed after waiting forever. If they were closed before my car they should of moved the cones so I could get out and not have to wait behind 5 cars all getting coffees, i have to get to work at a hospital and needed a coffee to keep me awake one of the managers olivia told me we're closed that I should of told them to move cones so rude they gave me a coffee after I complained. you would think Starbucks would want to help healthcare workers we're on the front lines and having a coffee would be nice.
