What a disappointment. Party of 15 , made reservations and requested lunch plate for all. Was ridiculously over priced without notice. Manager not at all pleasant. Oh, And if you bring your own cake they will add a huge fee. None of my friends will be returning.

Furst time we've been there to eat. Wonderful experience. The waitress was so nice. The atmosphere was wonderful as well.Walkability: Too everything.

You MUST try the Sunday morning brunch! Amazing food, great atmosphere, and even live music. Dine indoors or on the porch on Main Street. All of their service staff are top notch! You won't be sorry.

Really glad we chose The Smithfield Inn. We love the local history and we learned a LOT from Bill on the history of the Inn and the area. For such a historic building it's been taken care of very well. Had dinner the first night and both our meals were a 10 of 10. We'll be back. Kudos to the chef and team (we had Salmon and Stuffed Flounder dishes).

Outstanding meal for Mother's Day. Everyone in our party of five enjoyed their dish. The menu options were varied, local and most importantly -delicious! Homemade flavors stole the show. The atmosphere was tasteful, clean and calming. Service was equally good. I spent years in front and back of house restaurant work and was very pleased from start to finish. Will definitely return.
