Smithfield Ice Cream Parlor

This is a sweet little place to get ice cream. People were kind. Ice was good, I mean, how is it not). No big choice. We went back to lunch and it was to do so we decided not to eat there.

The sandwich was good. I don't doubt the toughness of food here. What absorbed my attention was the customer service of the staff. I was previously informed what to expect, but I would like to check much more fair. I was very disappointed. It took an hour to make a club sandwich with just one guy who brought drinks. The cashier said there are only two girls who work, but jobs after mine were continuously prepared. When the front was free, my sandwich was prepared. I don't buy the excuses that were given to me. It deeply mourns me to see what happened in my own eyes, regardless of whether it happened to me or another. I wish the best for the owner, because I know how difficult it could be to be successful, and perhaps I will eventually return to another experience. Very disappointing!

2:15 Sunday afternoon and Smithfield Ice Cream was the only place to get a sandwich and drinks. My wife and I had a sandwich. Tuna salad for me and chicken salad for her. We both enjoyed our sandwiches and because they were very well packed we brought half a sandwich home. The customers lasted the age, based on my observations, from 3 years to mid-1980s, a married couple who were happy to be there. In addition to the age differences, the other customers were of mixed ethnicity and gender. The atmosphere was very welcoming. They have outside seats that had about 20 people and a few dogs when we were there. A beautiful 70'ish afternoon. Absolutely wonderful! Enjoy! David P.

Adorable small picturesque shop with a DYNAMITE menu! Really nice people. Good sandwich tea! Just sweet as a button. GO! What a funny outing!

Very friendly staff and a great choice of deli sandwiches and (surprise) ice cream. Big tip know what you want before you go in or be prepared to take your time making your mind up which flavours go best together. Generous portions (to UK eyes). Enjoy.
