Arby's - Smithfield

During my visit, the customer service was excellent. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and the mac and cheese, both of which were delicious! The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the mac and cheese was the best I've had from any fast food place. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The food is good, but the service is quite slow, likely due to a shortage of staff. The overall atmosphere is rather uncomfortable.

I'm not quite sure how to describe my experience—it was quite rough. I heard a woman in the car next to me say that the restaurant closed at 5:00 PM. She mentioned that she's married to the manager and that he wanted her to inform everyone about the closing time. It was really odd because when we asked at the window, they said they were still open. What happened to good customer service?
