Burger Carte - Smithers

The absolute best burger I've paid for at a restaurant. I could legitimately eat 70 double cheeseburgers from there in a row, if I had the money.

Haven't lived in WV in 23 years but I always want Burger Carte when I am visiting...Carte Wheel, Big Gene, still so yummy BUT the service was slow and the girl who waited on me made it clear she did not want to be taking orders or working for that matter. Everyone has an off day and it won't keep me away next time I'm in town but to the girl at the counter, I would share this...if you would rather be somewhere else or be doing something else, what's stopping you? To the owners of Burger Carte, thank you for allowing me to walk down memory lane every time I'm in the valley!

I've been there several times... love their hot dogs w chili and slaw and had wonderful service but stopped there on my way from Myrtle beach to Parkersburg and the young lady waiting on us had the absolute worse attitude and demeanor I've ever had at any restraunt and I'm 61 years old... think she should b fired!!!

This was the best Cheeseburger and Fries my husband and I have ever had! So glad we stumbled upon it on our way home from Summersville! HOWEVER, there was a young girl with long dark hair who came in right before we left and my husband got a refill for the road and she was RUDE. Rolling her eyes and just being hateful, she needs a new attitude!
