Red Lion - Smarden

Busy Village Pub with fantastic friendly atmosphere, The Open Mic night was packed and full of talent everyone was cheering and clapping all the acts....smiles all round. The staff and owners were chatty and served quickly and efficiently, get Guinness and fab choice of wines is our recommendation. Must eat there next time as the menu looked good we took new friends last night who are now hooked and are in turn bringing friends of their own next time (y)

Lovely lunch at the Red Lion Charing Heath today. Gavin and staff were friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

I have come back to work at the red lion after a 18 month break . Gavin the land lord and chief has mad me very welcome so has the regulars . So pleased to see our village pub has gone to good hands .

Really nice food nice friendly staff the chef/landlord had the time to sit and chat with us will definitely go back again looking forward to theme nights.
