The grinding meal (priced at 4.99 GBP) comes with plenty of thick chips and a 330ml soft drink. Zain, the guy at the cash register, was friendly and enthusiastic. I visited around 4 pm on a Monday and it wasn't too crowded. However, since the food is made fresh, be prepared to wait about 10 minutes.
The filet burger was delicious and the customer service was top-notch.
