New China Kitchen Takeaway - Slough

Terrible!! Half of my order was missing. After calling 213 times with no answer, I finally went to the restaurant to get the rest of my order. The place looks run down and dirty. The food was subpar, I will not be returning to this establishment. I will try other takeaway options in the future.

Ordered food via app Saturday am for collection at 17-45 arrived 17-45 a couple of customers waiting there was one guy answering the phone and serving customers (phone given priority) I waited approx 12 minutes before being acknowledge and was given my order I live less than half a mile away so 5 minutes the food was poor to say the least chicken balls very overcooked dark batter the rice was stodgey and and luck warm the other dishes seemed OK however because because of the wait chinese hot/fresh is not really enjoyable, they really need another member of staff to serve the food as soon as ready this is the second and last time I will use this place,not good enough China Kitchen you need to get your act together you have competition.

We have used the New China Kitchen many times before and it can sometimes be hit and miss but this last visit was poor. All the food was very greasy and the meat was all overcooked. Not enjoyable at all.

During our 2-week stay in the UK, we ordered takeout from this restaurant multiple times for a nostalgic experience. The food was nearly identical to what I remembered from 15 years ago. We placed large orders and everything was present and tasted delicious, although I do miss the old pancake rolls that only had bean sprouts, onion, and ham. Additionally, the Chinese-style chicken was not what I remembered it to be. Our favorite dishes were the chili chicken, meal G, pancake rolls, prawn toast, egg fried rice, crispy duck, and curry sauce.
