Little Argentina - Sliema

Ignore all the 5-star reviews; they don't know what a properly good steak tastes like. We had an average dining experience. The ribeye steak was ordered medium but turned out quite chewy nonetheless. Compared to the horrible steaks commonly found in the majority of Maltese establishments, the meat at this restaurant was slightly better, but not by much. The atmosphere is more like a diner, but the prices are on the higher side. The potatoes served as a side were almost charred and overly crunchy and dry. Final score: 3.5 out of 5.

We had been planning to come to Little Argentina for months, but there was always something that led to other places. Today, finally, we managed to satisfy our curiosity and we loved it. As a Brazilian, I loved being among such attentive Latin staff. Super cozy atmosphere, amazing staff, and delicious food. We tried the beef asado and sirloin Santiago, with an incredible wine, and dulce de leche ice cream and pudding with dulce de leche for dessert.

The best steak in Malta. Melt in your mouth, perfectly cooked. Paired with a nice Argentine malbec you can't get better. The service staff made great recommendations and were pleasant and happy. Highly recommend this recently refurbished restaurant overlooking the water.

Chimichurri overload! Seated as a walk in on a busy night after a recommendations from some of the locals. Would never have known about this place if not for the recommendations. Did not miss! Had the rib eye (300g) with special potato and cheese and ham empanada! Would highly recommend. Went for medium rare, will probably for a medium next time because the steak was so thick
