Walk-on's Sports Bistreaux - Slidell

Went in today 11/28 to an empty Walk-ons refused a booth, food was terrible. Like horrendous. I honestly don’t get how they have the cheek to charge as much as they do for the food. The “Louisiana Street Corn” tasted like school dinner corn. Onion rings were not your normal, they tasted like my kids first try at making batter. Rock. Solid. Paid $15 for 4 shrimp that were on the verge of being uncooked. My Coors Light had debris in it. Deffo will not recommend. Maybe they’re having a bad day. B … – show

The Cajun queso is one of the best. The grilled cheese sandwich is interesting and very good.

This was a HORRIBLE experience. We ordered appetizers and after 15 minutes of waiting we were told that they were out of what we ordered. We chose something else and after another extensive wait….we were told that they hadn’t even made our order. We paid for our drinks and left. On a positive note….. our waitress was very attentive and incredibly nice. I will never patronize this location again.

Order a zydeco salad and there wasn't no shrimps on my salad. I drove to New Orleans from Slidell. I didn't find out until I got home.

Great burger and service. I've eaten here regularly and always enjoy the visit.
