Keith's Seafood - Slidell

I was only in town for a short time and my mom recommended we grab a po boy from Keith's. It was excellent! The shrimp were falling off the bread! I will be back next time I am in town.

Let start by saying I gave a 3 due to the amount of shrimp on my poboy.. but I give 0 on the shrimp them self so hard can't really eat them… They taste like they been fried yesterday n didn't sell so they refried them today to sell… I believe if the shrimp was done right it would be a good po boy

Overall good place. Dungeness crab seemed high, $30 per lb., but I haven't bought it in a while, so maybe that's the going rate. Last time I got it, not from Keith's, I paid $21.99 per lb. Also overdone, meat was rather hard to remove from the shell. Not on the menu, but the 1/2 shrimp 1/2 oysters poboy was very good, and full of both. Bread was just ok. Turkey necks were overdone and stringy, but had good flavor. Sausage was also good. OK, could be better. All the above, poboy, 1 lb Dungeness, … – show

This was our first trip there an we got a really big thing of gumbo an some corn an mushrooms an we will definitely be going back this is going to be our spot for now on for gumbo thank u guys very delicious.

Wonderful.. Can't wait to go back and try more things. Definitely didn't disappoint.
