Casey's - Sleepy Eye

We are big fans of Casey's stores, but our recent stop for snacks and a restroom break was disappointing. The men's restroom had a clogged toilet and appeared to have not been cleaned in a while. The women's restroom was even worse, with unsanitary conditions including feces on the toilet paper dispenser. This location is spacious and has typically been our go-to stop on trips, but after this experience, we won't be returning.

I really enjoy Casey's stores, but this particular location needs some attention regarding its employees. Specifically, the woman at the cash register during the morning shift seems to be struggling with her job and displays a bit of an attitude. I hope this can be addressed.

I've ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza with garlic-flavored crust for the fourth time now, and yet again, they forgot the pizza sauce and only added garlic oil. I've placed my orders online and over the phone, but the service has been unreliable. This has been the worst pizza place I've encountered, and I strongly advise against ordering from here! My last order was placed at 4:55 PM on July 30, 2023. Just a heads-up: the garage in Springfield, MN, offers better service and pizza. There's no need for a response from Casey's representative. It seems that poor service has been an ongoing issue, and a comment won't change that. There are plenty of other places in town with much better service.

Worst location I’ve ever been to.. 1slice of pizza 1 piece of chicken No hot foods.. Sad. Plenty of time for employees to stand around and socialize though

Stopped to use the bathroom. Seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile.
