After changing its name from Giguli, the cafe did not improve. There is no air conditioning and the food is cooked in old oil. They do not offer pancakes or desserts. The only redeeming qualities are the average salads and tartalets. The back room has a billiard table. The beer selection is decent. Overall, it's a typical casual diner setting.

The bar is located in the basement and the ambient is normal, simple. The waitress is friendly and want to help. The maunel is in Ukraine but with pictures, so you can see what you get. Prices are okay for Europeans. Parking is around the corner, the rest is easy to walk. I will come back to have a beer.
