The Kingsbury Colombo - Slave Island

Tasty foods with nice presentation .. nice staff.. good service ... somedays little bit crowded and there are some lack of services due to that. such as they miss the table arrangements on time with the cutleries.. miss the providing of water and remove the plates on time....etc..

Place is an amazing 5 star hotel in Colombo. There was barely any rush at the pool which was nice. You could enjoy it in serenity. The rooms were also great. It was clean, tidy, and neat. Overall a great experience.

This hotel does not come even close to a 5 stars hotel. Nothing about it is 5 stars. The reception guys were extremely unprofessional. You just feel that they want to scam you in any way. Rooms are poorly designed an equipped. Breakfast buffer is horrible. Location is gloomy besides an industrial area. There are far better hotel options in Colombo, but I was drawn by the comments.

Spend some time in the kingsbury buffet with the family. Its been 6 years since my last visit. Food was amazing and a huge range where you almost dragging yourself after the whole buffet experience. Good for the price. Very friendly and respectful staff. Clean and beautiful ambience...

Wonderful place and wonderful food. Extremely friendly service offered by the service crew. In Harbor Court Restaurant, there were plenty of food types to choose. Almost 5 categories of food kitchens available. Super tasty food. Love the atmosphere.
