Sonic Drive-in - Slaton

We 're traveling back from a family graduation and decided to stop by this sonic.we order our food only to wait for an incorrectly made hamburger, a cold hamburger,a raw foot long and cold fries and tots. This came totaling over 30$ We pushed the red button to talk to someone to let them know that our fires and tots were cold after we let them know they didn 't give a response so we just assumed that 'll be right with us or a manger would come out and talked to us but unfortunately that did not happen. After a few minutes of feeling neglected My second attempt a gentleman answer my call he and I explained that i talked to a lady before and told him the same situation I told the lady before that it was not correct him then told me there 's 20 people ahead of you and you are in the back of the line and then disconnected like the First Lady. Once again I hit the red button for the third time. I tried to ask what 's going happen with my order from before she mistook me and started placing a whole new order. I told I 'm not ordering, I 'm just wondering what 's going on with my order from before. All she said was oh then hung up. Few minutes the attendant who brought our food out original and we explained to her what happen. I asked again what 's going on with our food and she said I 'm not in the kitchen she took our food back. So I decided to just leave and not ask for a refund because they 'll just hang up on me again....I just decided back out of this 2 star sonic and pull into Ole reliable MickeyD 's . Food is good but 20 bucks for 2 breakfast combos. Next time I go some where else

Extremely slow service!! Waited 15minutes for a tea refused to reimburse me. Only argued that they would bring it out when it was ready.

We went there to order drinks as we have many times. A redheaded carhop brought us or drinks and I gave her cash. She just said rounding up handed me the bill and took off with the rest of my change, effectively stealing from me. If I give it to them, its and tip, if they take it it 's short changing and theft.
