I travel annually to kopenhagen to visit family that lives there. I am for the love in kopenhagen, since I am there since the young age. but this time my cousins decided to take me for a special tasty bite at fiskebar (maybe because. one of them works as sommelier there.) the restaurant itself is not huge, but it is also not stuffy. it consists of crowds of all age groups. eating was just amazing. my cousin and I shared everything from beginning to end, and we loved every single court. all dishes have been carefully executed and beautifully presented. one of the courts had inherited as accented and until this point I have never really tasted real inheritance. we had the privilege to tour the kitchen. the kitchen is small, but slim and without dust. each staff had its own role and they wore their own weight. we were also blessed to sit next to the dessert station and had the opportunity to observe how the sweet is made and presented. please, let's pass if you're ever in the copenhagen!
Good cafe style outdoors and interiors with ambitious fish cooking very close to the small marina and a few kilometers from the beach and camping site. not really a fishable despite the name and rude is just the name of the nearby city,...not the nature of the place, happy! my understanding is that this is a family-run fish café associated with the excellent local fish merchant and organic fish farm, whose products they can also buy from the stall at the marina a few feet away. the opening times seem to be quite limited, can only be weekends, call them to check how this is a little outside the beaten stretch, but good the short all-round worth. house chardonnay uninfluenced and very pleasant and cheap. we had the fish soup and the pan roasted squid, and everything was excellently prepared. the price quality ratio is very good. the most expensive dishes on the menu come with a price tag of 13 pfund, which is amazingly good for Denmark.
An old time lover and the place to return every year during the spring and summer. the menu varies every day depending on the catch still a plate is always on the map: the fish soup and always served hot with made home. brot if I go to this little village for nothing else, just for this suppe. the environment is beautiful if you like the view on the land and fjord. table and chairs are not at all pretentious and it is not a place to hang out for the whole evening. also serving is honest: fully booked; very slow but quality of the dishes remains high. I highly recommend this place if they are a real old-fashioned fishable
Large small place with wonderful atmosphere and delicious eating
