I have been a customer for 30 years and the current owners and management have no concern for their customers or their experience. Thry have gotten my order wrong multiple times and forgotten items that we had paid for. The firs time I called to report it, I was told I was not being honest and they offered no credit or opportunity to go back and get my missing items. This is, in essence, stealing from their customers. They just lost a 30 year customer.

I called for a puppy for two and I asked instead of crab Rangoon I wanted chicken fingers. GRRRRR She gave me extra crab Rangoon instead of chicken fingers. Would love to have a Lan order of chicken fingers and a person I can understand to talk to me.Also teriyaki steak was barely cooked.

My experience was not good, food seemed old and had a strange taste. I stopped eating it. Later my daughter threw up for hours! Not happy. Will not be going back!

Food is ok but then again I'm from MA and their Chinese food hits the soul.
