Dunkin' - Skowhegan

This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever visited. How can you only have one person working the drive-thru during the morning rush? It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a coffee and grab a muffin. There were two employees who weren't serving anyone at that time. It's ridiculous—I have worked at Dunkin' before and that kind of service would never have been acceptable.

If this is the restaurant on the main road in Skowhegan, Maine, then I have to say that the staff here seem to lack concern for speed and service. I apologize if this offends anyone, but every time I've gone in, they've messed up my order or it takes 10 to 15 minutes to receive it. I've even noticed that other orders are completed before mine, despite them having more items. Until things improve, I can't give a positive review. I always try to be nice to everyone who works there, so I believe I deserve the same in return.

Terrible experience! I waited in line for 45 minutes. I ordered one iced coffee and one medium hot coffee. The employee repeated my order back to me and even asked if I wanted ice in the hot coffee. However, I ended up getting the wrong order.

Just about a waste of time. Half of the staff just couldn't seem to do their jobs. Waited 15 minutes just for our 3 drink and 2 doughnut order to be wrong. Go to the Dunkin downtown for a better experience.

Spent almost 45 minutes in this location trying to get 2 hot coffees. Chaotic, disorganized and slow. Plenty of people working but so poorly managed the employees were tripping over eachother and struggling to get orders out.
