Wendy's - Skokie

The service was extremely poor. We ordered two simple items during a slow period, but when we checked our order, it was wrong. Three different employees approached the window to ask us what we had actually ordered, addressing us as if it was our fault. The customer service was unacceptable! Is there no management overseeing this place?

The staff here seem to lack effort and attention when it comes to preparing your food. I understand that working in fast food can be challenging, but it's essential to ensure that the meat is cooked properly. This experience was not only unpleasant but also concerning from a safety perspective.

The burger wasn't what I remembered Wendy's burgers used to be.
