Shake Shack Old Orchard - Skokie

My sister and I loved the lunch we had at Shake Shack. It was absolutely excellent!

As a first-time visitor, I found the service to be a bit slow, even with several staff members on hand; however, I did appreciate the high level of customer care. A note for future diners: the shroom burger isn't a regular patty! If you’re bringing kids along, be cautious with the birthday shake, as the small crunchy bits could pose a choking hazard. The burger I had was tasty, and while the fries were just average, I'm likely to give this place another try.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious!

We stopped by here today to have some dinner since we always see how packed this restaurant is. There was a slight misunderstanding with our order but thanks to amazing manager of this location everything has resolved quickly and efficiently. It’s indeed mind blowingly delicious, shakes aren’t that super sweet and heavy comparing for instance the Culver’s ones. We will be coming back to eat their yummy burgers for sure, so far one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten.

Pricey but delicious. Great staff! My friend ordered the mushroom burger and it wasn’t what she thought it was when she took a bite. They replaced it free of charge and even came to the table to make sure she was happy with the replacement burger. Highly recommended!
