Nordstrom Cafe Old Orchard - Skokie

The hours on Google Maps is incorrect. It closes at 1900, one hour before the store itself closes. However, it looked clean and the menu items looked good.

Nordstrom’s Cafe has raised their prices and cut their food choices. Let’s start with the recent elimination of its Turkey Cranberry half sandwich which was around $10. It was a great value. Now for today’s adventure. I ordered a plain hamburger medium well snd iced tea. With my wife’s order it was $48 including tip. I got a cheese burger with mayonnaise. The second try arrived with mayo again. On the third try I got a free cookie. I’ll end my adventure here by saying that Burger King is looking better to me.

The mall offers an excellent variety of high-end shops and fantastic dining options. I really enjoy that it is an outdoor venue.

Jay was the most delightful server and was so kind and helpful in helping us select a dessert item. Jay made our holiday lunch outing a wonderful experience. Way to go Jay!!! Merry Christmas!

Very good eating to be reasonable. the waiting staff is very polite and attentive. not my first time thr and don't define my last time 4 sure. food: 5/5
