Pulled up to take out window placed order told 7—10 minutes ok cool, 20 minutes later nothing told it would be a little longer had management void transaction left

I've seen this place in so many mukbangs and wanted to try it so badly. The chicken seemed like any other breaded fried chicken and the spicy was just not. The mashed potatoes — same as anywhere else, the gravy was good (but just brown gravy like everywhere else). The only good takeaways for me personally were: their Mango Peach Pie and Pineapple Quencher both tasted and had a texture like they were made with REAL fruit Yum! Unbelievable. I ordered food the day before for pickup. The day of the pickup I have to endure the long line at the drive thru because that is the only way I can pick up my food. At the window the crew told me that my food is still being prepared. I got my food 45 minutes after my supposed time of pick up. I would understand if I just ordered at the drive thru but I am picking up food ordered and paid the day before. What's the use of being called a fastfood?

Tasty, crunchy and tender chicken! Don't forget to dip the chicken in the gravy!
