Nice spot, definitely an upgrade for the Fort Rucker PX from the last time I was here. However the online hours are wrong and they actually close at 6 p.m.

Nice spot, definitely an upgrade for the Fort Rucker PX from the last time I was here. However the online hours are wrong and they actually close at 6 p.m.

I ordered food and asked for a napkin. The employee Jose told me to go to the opposite side of the food court and I would find them there. I went where Jose sent me and there were none. So I returned to the restaurant and asked again for a napkin. Jose told me to go take the napkins at starbucks. I said no and again asked please get me a napkin and Jose said they were out until Tuesday. I tried to email the company website and got an error message, these guys aren't serious about customers.

Came through on a weekday at around 4:30-5pm. The food was hot, the service was fast and friendly and the store was clean and tidy which is high praise even though it's not hard to do. The PX food court is kind of a dump even with the upgrades they've done because of the lack of food selection and the fact that Charley's is a literal dumpster fire. Avoid Charley's and go to QDOBA.
