This might be the best sushi spot in the Princeton area, conveniently located next to Roots. When a restaurant crafts an outstanding salmon avocado roll, it truly delights me, and this place does just that. They also offer some unique and fun rolls. My favorite dishes right now are the Samurai Roll and the Dragon Roll. The calamari and rock shrimp are also fantastic. The staff is attentive and well-informed, adding to the overall experience. I appreciate that it's typically not too crowded. I honestly haven't found anything on the menu that I didn't enjoy.

Best sushi in Montgomery! Generous portions at great prices. They serve the best lunches and are the only place that delivers! Their regular and specialty rolls are amazing!

The restaurant had a beautiful, simple, yet elegant décor. The chairs were wide and comfortable, and the table spacing was generous, which made the atmosphere feel spacious. Despite the busy night, the waitstaff was never pushy. They were attentive and came to our table promptly when we had questions, always polite and courteous. The waiter also cleared our plates promptly after we finished. Now, onto the food—it was delicious! We ordered the Oceanic Volcano Roll, the Blue Crab Fantastic Roll, spicy calamari, white tuna sashimi, salmon sashimi, and a spinning reel, and everything was fantastic. The fish was fresh and flavorful, and the two premium rolls were outstanding. The prices were average—not cheap, but not overly expensive either. Even the tea was brewed well. I highly recommend that others give this restaurant a try!
