I visited the restaurant today, September 30, 2020, at 6:45 PM. I ordered a simple 5-piece chicken combo and paid for it. I was then asked to sign on the white line, which I did. However, I didn't receive my order until 7:02 PM. This is completely unreasonable. There was only one customer ahead of me and one behind me. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced a long wait for the same order; in fact, tonight set a new record. I've really had enough of this!
