Spent a great evening celebrating a wonderful week of skiing and a birthday. Wonderful food, great service and very warm reception. Would recommend!

Stopped here for lunch, and each ordered a different salad. We expected the usual rustic pile of meat and cheese, but were pleasantly surprised to find an altogether more refined version of savoyard fare. The Assiette de Giffre was particularly good, with a healthy portion of smoked trout, fresh mushrooms with subtle dressing, and baked potatoes with chive cream. Way above average for alpine fare. Service was very friendly and efficient. Must return!

So good we ate here both nights in Sixt Fer a Cheval. The fondue is terrific, the children's meal extremely generous (and economical), and the waitstaff patient and helpful. Highly recommended.

Been coming here for years before the current owners and now with the current owners. If you want really good alps food this is your place. Great Raclette, fondue and other great menu items. The owners are terrific hosts with good meals, friendly service and ambiance that makes you feel at ease. This is a must stop!!!
