Papa John's Pizza - Sittingbourne

Probably still one of the better takeaway pizza places on site. I have the problems a few years ago and again on form. just give it to me. must add beer to his menu. but different.

In the rule papa johns is great to help customers. they would almost always eat on time and if not, they would always get the phone to tell them why. but today it was terrible that I waited for our food for an hour and the tracking app said that it was still in the preparation phase. also the load will not even pick up the phone

I placed an order today and it arrived on time and was very warm when delivered by the driver. The food was delicious with great toppings that I chose. I hope to order it again. Thank you.

The service at this restaurant was very poor, with rude staff. I ordered a large Philly cheese steak pizza and was surprised to find only 5 tiny pieces of meat on the entire pizza. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I ordered a meal deal that included chicken poppers and a large pizza. They called me after they had already started making the pizza to inform me that they had run out of the poppers. They then proceeded to insult me over the phone when I requested a refund for the missing item. They claimed they couldn't refund me because the pizza was already in the oven. After threatening to dispute the charge with my bank, they finally agreed to refund my money and cancel the order. This was a terrible experience with their service.
