We were 2 and we shared the tuna, the croquettes of vilanova shrimp (actually very rich and creamy), the sea urchins gratined to the cava (very tasty too) and a rice to the llauna with sprinklers at its point. a coulante of hazelnuts with coffee ice cream, 1 glass of beer, 1 water, 1 bottle of white wine and 2 cuts, and we have paid 190€. the service very agile and attentive. Chef albert Jubany has come and told us that on May 30, he closes this restaurant because he opens another one in Madrid, so take advantage of it to come!

We were a family of 4 visiting for our first time here, what a fantastic experience. Albert was an excellent host who explained all the choices with great attention, passion and detail. We had a sharing starter of delicious croquettes, followed by mains of course risotto, veal and oxtail cannelloni, all the dishes were cooked perfectly by a skilled kitchen, as we were just for lunch we only had a couple of desserts which again were both excellent. We will certainly be back again and we highly recommend it is worth a visit. Many thanks team L’opera we will be back soon
Phenomenal food and service, Michelin-star quality from the risotto to the hand made ice-cream, everything was delicious!, one small criticism- the wine list was quite small and quite pricy
We now live in Sitges and it was our first visit to the Opera Bistro. And what a treat! The food was outstanding: you can’t miss the croquetas de gambas and the special besugo! The service is impeccable and Alberto’s passion about quality products is inspiring he took the time to greet us and to explain every dish. A delightful experience. We are passionate about food and we have tried many restaurants in Sitges and this is by far the best ! Thank you Alberto and team for a memorable evening. We can’t wait to come back!
