Nice Taverna right on the beach with lots of parking. Great coffee and good food. If you are on the beach there you should have lunch with them. Very friendly and there is an adorable dog who says hi too.

Found this place by accident a happy accident, indeed. The owner seated us and we had plate after plate of delicious foods. Horta (a local spring herb) pie, salad, rusk toast (with tomato feta olives), fresh baked rabbit, fish... Most ingredients were foraged locally. Almost all were organic. Was the best meal we had in Crete.

We were on the beach and then having seen the tavern we went in to eat, super welcome, Eleni welcomed us with a smile and kindness, super cipo, roast chicken and potatoes cooked to perfection, super excellent coffee and all without waiting..... .I advise Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–25 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We go here twice every holiday from Sitia. Very friendly employee. The food is simple but very tasty. The Greek salad and Sasiki were very fresh and tasty. Be sure to try the Meetbols, they are amazing. Finally, as always, on the house, fresh fruit and raki. If you go there, say hello to the waiter at Captain Mythos from Germany, he'll know, he's a very nice person. Wheelchair accessibility: Rather bad to very bad. Service: Dine in
