Nusr-et Steakhouse Kanyon - Sisli

This is one of many branches of the restaurant chain maintained by Nusret (AKA Salt Bai). Their menu consists of soups, salads, burgers, steaks, dessert, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The restaurant is cozy and well located. The service is fast and professional. Food is presented like the “Nusret style”. Don’t expect Chef Nusret to be around, though. The price is slightly higher than average. Payment by cash or card.

Delicious and perfect. Important to mention that 2 months ago ordered medium dishes in the Ghalata branch and i had a food poisoning. I mention this for the managers to take good care of their meat quality.

Always a unique experience going to Saltbae. Food was nice however I did not enjoy the service: the tone and body language of the waiters/waitresses. Other than that, as most of us know, it was luxury pricing.

That is my favorite branch.. its mostly calm specially around 2 pm.. regarding the food.. its not my first time ordering this, but this time the kofte got me confused.. it was extremely seasoned to the point i filled i am eating a hot dog.. however people who like food tasting like spices will like it.. The fries is good

Nice place, good service and attentive staff. We have ordered New York steaks, they were cooked as we asked, which is a great thing in Turkiye. Most chefs can't do medium done. But the taste was not even par with the price asked. Also the size for that steak was disappointing. The onion flower was the best thing served. Everyone loved it. Salads were good, spinach was meh and the mashed potatoes were good but nothing special. Not bad but not worth the price.
