Rifugio Capanna Cervino - Siror

We dined in the heart of a big cloud which only allowed us to imagine the amazing view at the sunset from this remote authentic high mountains wooden rifugio (authentic in spite of the separate rooms for your stay! . Returning to the earth without spending at least one night here was a crime.

On a cold and wet afternoon we were welcomed as long lost relatives with the best welcome of all the Refugio’s we attended. Rooms were quite small but warm and the meals were great home cooked selections.

This place is ideally located to shelter you against the bad weather on the slop but also admire views around. Menus is pleasing and food freshly prepared yet quickly delivered. Prices are moderate, staff very friendly.

Arrivati in questo bel rifugio per pranzo, sono stato piacevolmente colpito dalla gentilezza e dalla professionalità del personale. Buoni i canederli di speck e gulasch di manzo a circa euro e fantastica la torta della nonna. In totale abbiamo speso euro in due con piatto, dessert e birra e un caffè. Vista incantevole.

Abbiamo dovuto mangiare all'interno perché fuori era tutto pieno. Prendiamo due insalate miste e un tagliere misto salumi e formaggi. Cibo abbastanza buono. La pecca era l'acqua non fredda.
