Good afternoon, I'm Mrs. Minniti, last night I came to take gluten-free pizza with speck, pumpkin cream and lactose-free mozzarella, more Roman. I have to make my most sincere congratulations to pizzaiolo, for two years that I had to totally change my diet and I found serious difficulty because not everyone is up to gluten-free!!! It happened to me to eat in several pizzerias but the dough I found always gave me discomfort to the intestine. With your pizza I was great, I almost moved to finally finding someone who from gluten free understands and who puts us above all passion in what he does. My brother is pizza maker in Berlin and consequently on his experience I know when in pizza the main ingredients are passion and professionalism. Small pizzeria, a little difficult to find because not well marked on the road. The highlight of the menu is pizzas and lace. Big choice. Bruschettone with fresh tomato and buffalo mozzarella excellent. Very good focaccia with cooked ham and buffalo mozzarella at the exit. Good service: courtesy and competence. Simple local especially frequented by local people. I highly recommend it. Prices, excellent value for money.

Quiet place outside the center of siracusa.... very kind staff...antonio puts at ease the customers..... and then apart from a quality beers... pizza is delicious... digestible... and I would recommend taking the cutter that you serve among other things with ginger jams and onion for cheeses....

Local well-kept and welcoming, the staff is very professional and courteous, managed with great passion by Mario who bakes a wide choice of delicious pizzas, all made with high quality ingredients.
