Top location is fat, they probably have the best staff and possibly the best place in Siracusa.

Large kitchen, one of the best in Siracusa. Excellent raw fish and frutti di mare. Exceptional pizza made of wood stove. Clients can order disk outside the menu. Great view of marina, yachts and fresh wind from the sea. Strong upgrade. Service is really in English, French and other languages. Very good selection of wines.

2 splashes, they brought us generous appetizers, the view is amazing!

Great spot for lunch and a drink or aperitif in the late afternoon, would not recommend for dinner however. Had the tuna salad which consisted of canned tuna and half a pineapple cut in half with some cherry tomatoes scattered underneath the bed of tuna. Luckily I ordered avocado on the side. Strange salad ! But it was tasty nonetheless and great for the hot afternoon as a light lunch. €11 for the salad and €7 for the aperol spritz :

Location is nice. Prices are high and the staff is REALLY bad. They are really greedy and told us the table we took was reserved after we placed our order, payed for it and it wasn't enough for them. They even threatened to call the police if we don't leave. After we told them we won't leave after we already placed an order they finally delivered our first order. After that they ignored us rudly for an hour an we had to ask like 5 times to place our second order. 10/10 would not recommend!
