Tim Hortons - Sioux Lookout

I am shocked by the lack of cleanliness and standards at the Tim Hortons in Sioux Lookout. There is dirt on the floors, spucks and fingerprints all over the windows, and it seems like there are no regulations being enforced here. It appears that children are in control of this place, driving through constantly. The kitchen has fly clouds and it feels disorganized at the checkout. The chairs and tables are stacked in a messy manner in the corner. This restaurant should really consider making some improvements.

You will always find a Horton somewhere before you drive up the street. This particular location, like most of them, is always busy. Given that this city is so small, it's easy to see why. I was in and out in just five minutes.

Service was fast and friendly. Facility was clean and neat. The food was fresh and tasty. Just what you would expect at a Tim's.

Could be just a bad day, but the order taker, completely screwed up two of our four orders. We waited and waited for our food, and then when we received it, we realized that things we DID NOT want on our sandwich were on it. Normally, not a big deal, but when it is loaded with mayonaisse, it makes it a little more of a pain. Food was ok. We were in a hurry, so we made do with it. Probably would not go back.

This is the worst Tims that I have ever been to. Regularly run out of items and the drivethru is often closed.
