The Treasury At On Phillips

Fantastic place! Situated within a stunning hotel in downtown Sioux Falls, we visited for drinks and appetizers and chose to sit at the bar. They offer an impressive and extensive drink menu along with delicious appetizers. The drinks were outstanding! We also ordered a cheese plate and calamari, both of which were excellent. The service was wonderful as well! Highly recommended!!!

The atmosphere at the restaurant is fantastic. The waitress has consistently been wonderful every time I've visited. I wouldn't put much stock in some of the one-star reviews, as they seem misleading. For example, someone named Jessica claimed that our waitress was rude. However, I encountered that group of people, and they left a $4.50 tip on a $480 bill. Honestly, I wouldn't be very pleasant either if I were watching glasses get broken and seeing tips like that.

I have visited this restaurant several times before without any issues, but tonight was a different story. While the drinks were fantastic, our waitress was incredibly rude. She was impatient and unkind. We left a tip that reflected her service, and she came over to inform us that if we left a tip like that again, we would be banned and could speak to management about it. It's ironic because when we asked for the manager, they never showed up. I won't be returning, as there are plenty of other places with great drinks and much better service.

Beautiful location and chill atmosphere. Great drink selection and Friendly staff. The building itself was beautiful but the bar was a site to see. Hidden away in an old bank Vault, this is an experience you will not find back home. A must visit!

If you want a unique atmosphere and amazing old fashioned styled drinks then this is your place. Located inside an old bank vault in the hotel you can find this hidden gem! We ordered some appetizers and they were delicious. Drinks always delicious.
